I talked with Kym over the phone on 08/23/22, and she offered test strategies. Her test strategies were provided to me earlier in a virtual school session back in January. She stated during the phone conversation I was analytical… which she used to try to sell me her videos. I have already watched the videos and personally it was not a good fit for me. I kindly told Kym that the videos were hard to focus on after about an hour of watching the videos. I kindly said no to purchasing more videos. The videos were expired as I purchased them back in January and did not offer a discount or present an offer to extend the videos. I personally felt Kym was trying to sell me products! Please stop taking advantage of students while they’re vulnerable and trying to sell them videos. I felt I was talking to a sales lady! Stop trying to make profit over students wanting resources and especially when their vulnerable days before the exam….
