Test Tips – When a colleague is Unprofessional
If the question pertains to a colleague, generally speaking, you want to opt for talking with a colleague first when the colleague is acting unprofessionally, unless it is harmful to do so or there is a serious legal or ethical violation that must be reported immediately.
