How We Track Our Pass Rates
Many years ago we agreed that our success must be measured, in large part, by your success. As a result, we track our pass rates and post the results each year on our Website.
In our materials we provide an email address for reporting pass status. In addition, we have an independent company that monitors this email account. This company also sends an email out annually to our customers requesting pass status. They track EVERY customer, not just a select few. All responses are recorded in a confidential, secured database.
What can I do to increase my chance of passing?
We firmly believe a good, updated study guide, written by experienced social workers, is the cornerstone of success. We highly recommend purchasing the LEAP Study Guide for your exam level. Then, we suggest that you read it three times as it is quite content-rich. Finally, we suggest that you take our online exam “A” to measure your exam readiness. If you have previously failed the real exam or have been out of school for more than three years, you may need additional resources like the LEAP Diagnostic Summary Guide. If you are an auditory learner, you will want to add the audio learning CDs (or MP3 downloads) to your order.
